Product Return & Refund Policy


Aizen® stands behind the quality of it's products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.


The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable* condition accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been partially used, intentionally damaged, unmarketable condition or misused. It is incumbent upon Aizen® Business Associates to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

*Marketable refers to products that are unopened and sealed.
**Excess stock refers to products greater than or equal to six in number

Important Notes:

  • The ABA must return the product(s) to Aizen® Registered Head Office or Aizen® Branch Offices
  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 80 4094 3355 and email us at admin@aizenlife.com mentioning your Order ID and BA ID immediately. We will ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and invoice is intact when you send us the product back.
  • Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt of the product received at the Aizen® Office.
  • Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the ABA as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the Aizen® Office.
  • Total BV/RV of the returned products will be deducted from the returning ABO's account.
  • The Joining or Repurchase PIDs of the returned products will be taken back from the ABA BA Account Office or from their Sponsors BA Account Office.
If unsold products return is greater than or equal than 6 in number on a single invoice, 10% handling charges will be deducted.
