You can cancel your order for any service or product anytime before it has shipped, kindly contact us at we will refund entire amount.

If you wish to cancel the any service/services, kindly send email to admin@aizenlife.com within 24 hours of activation of service and return the product or package received in unused condition and there should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box with this service and refund will be given after receiving the returned product and confirmation email.

For Service Cancellation of Automatic Renewal of Account: Customer has to notify us to cancel automatic renewal at least 7 days prior to the account expiration date through mail confirmation to admin@aizenlife.com. If customer wants to cancel the service before one complete cycle, a partial refund will be given based on the number of days services used.
